2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
